Basic Qualification
- Master’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a leadership role, managing engineering teams and/or team leads
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex engineering projects and driving innovation in propulsion technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
- High level of initiative, autonomy, and commitment to continuous personal and professional development
- German and English advanced language skills
