HR Manager (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently managing administrative HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including end-to-end recruitment, applicant management, and conducting interviews in English 
  • Preparing and administering employment contracts, references, and other HR-related documents, while supporting the entire hiring process 
  • Organizing and coordinating successful onboarding programs for new employees 
  • Managing the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience 
  • Serving as the main point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related matters 
  • Preparing employment references, certificates, and other personnel-related documentation 
  • Drafting and publishing job advertisements on relevant job boards and recruitment platforms 
  • Actively supporting the recruitment process by screening applications, coordinating and participating in interviews, and contributing to candidate selection 
  • Supporting the optimization, further development, and digitalization of recruiting and HR processes 
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives and strengthening the company’s employer brand 
  • Participating in strategic and operational HR projects

Basic Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources or Personnel Management 
  • Initial professional experience in a comparable position, particularly in recruitment, is required 
  • Ideally, experience in active sourcing through common professional networks and platforms 
  • Sound knowledge of labor law and social security regulations 
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills 
  • Structured, conscientious, and independent way of working 
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
