- Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex aerospace components using NX CAM, HyperMILL, Mastercam, CATIA CAM, Tebis, or equivalent software
- Create and validate 5-axis simultaneous machining strategies for high-precision parts
- Interpret and analyze CAD models, engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and customer specifications
- Perform machining simulations, collision checks, and toolpath verification.
- Generate setup documentation, tool lists, work instructions, and manufacturing process sheets
- Optimize cycle times, tool utilization, and machining performance while maintaining quality requirements
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, design engineering, and tooling teams to continuously improve manufacturing processes
- Participate in process qualification and industrialization of new aerospace products.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, customer requirements, and internal quality procedures

Key Responsibilities
Basic Qualification
- Technical degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, CNC Technology, Production Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CAD/CAM programming within a high-precision manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in 5-axis simultaneous machining
- Strong knowledge of Siemens NX CAM (preferred) or equivalent CAM systems.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T
- Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and workholding solutions
- Experience with CNC controls such as: Siemens Sinumerik, Heidenhain or equivalent controls
- Familiarity with manufacturing process optimization and root-cause analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in German and English
Desired Experience
- Experience in the aerospace industry
- Knowledge of aerospace standards such as: AS9100 or EN9100
- Experience programming multi-tasking or mill-turn machines
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and automation concepts.
- Knowledge of tooling design and fixture development
- Experience with NC code post-processing and postprocessor optimization
- Understanding of additive manufacturing and hybrid machining processes
