Only authorized HR employees and staff involved in the application process have access to your data.
Your personal data is stored solely for the purpose of filling the position for which you have applied.

This retention period serves to comply with legal obligations and to defend against possible claims based on statutory provisions. After this period, we are required to delete or anonymize your data. In this case, the data will only be available as metadata without direct personal reference for statistical analysis (e.g., gender distribution of applications, number of applications per period).
We also reserve the right to store your data in our Talent Pool for 180 days after the end of the application process in order to identify potential future opportunities for you. This database is operated by Personio GmbH, a provider of HR management and applicant tracking software. Personio acts as our data processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. The processing is based on a data processing agreement concluded between us as the controller and Personio.
