• Master’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a leadership role, managing engineering teams and/or team leads
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex engineering projects and driving innovation in propulsion technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
• High level of initiative, autonomy, and commitment to continuous personal and professional development
• German and English advanced language skills

• Several years of professional experience in the field of propulsion
