• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects or complex technical systems
• Strong background in project management (PMP or equivalent certification preferred)
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

• Experience in space launch operations or development of launch facilities
• Familiarity with orbital launch systems, ground support equipment and cryogenic propellant handling
• Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and permitting processes
• Ability to lead multicultural, cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

This role will be based in Glasgow, Scotland and at occasionally there may be requirements to travel to our facilities in Neuenstadt am Kocher, Germany or our test and launch facilities in Shetland.
